Happy 2010, YoVille Buzz members and supporters! It has certainly been an exciting year both in YoVille and on the the Buzz.
We were Widget Builders, then Bakers and now we’re back to making Widgets. The Real Estate Market boomed and we saw 14 new homes offered over the course of the year, of course a few of those were only temporary. New themes have been introduced and old ones have come back. The YoComomy went wild with the coin glitch when the Widget Factory re-opened. We got pets, missions, free gifts and animated items. At YoVille Buzz, we’ve continued to work our YoButts off to be the most comprehensive source of YoVille news, information and fun on the web. We’ve got a team that never tires and whose love for the site and the game never ends. If you haven’t been by in a while, now is the time. We have three contests running right now. First is YoDaddy’s Beach Room Contest @ http://yoworld.21.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?t=2622 . Next we have the design an item/collectible contest running for the second time. The last time we ran this, two of our entrants saw their collectibles come to life with the release of the Moi Statue and Sandcastle. Don’t miss your chance to make your mark in YoVille! February is an exciting time for YoVille Buzz, we’ll be a year old on the 9th! To celebrate this milestone, we’re planning the bash of the Year. First, we’re planning a Valentine’s Day Ball, that we expect to be the YoSocial Event of the season. We’re in the early planning phases, so look for lots more information to come your way via announcements on the web site and forum. Now, the kicker and perhaps the most exciting part! A week before the event, we plan to auction off the team as dates to the event. You’ll be able to bid on and maybe win a night all to yourself with your favorite team member, and contribute to YoVille Buzz, so that we can keep bringing you bigger and better contests and prizes. To find out who you’d like to bid on, my suggestion is that you get to know us, by making sure you are an active forum member so you can engage us and come to our Monday Night Mixers and other forum parties. You can spend time with us and get to know us as the happy, hip and fun loving crew we are or just buddy up and stalk us for a while!
